New Gaultier Le Male Ad unveiled

gaultier_lemale_021-1Fan of Jean Paul Gaultier’s iconic Le Male fragrance? Or just of the saucy ads that always accompany it? Well, here’s a pic from the the upcoming  TV ad campaign which kicks off globally on November 13th.

The top selling male fragrance across Europe since 2000, a bottle of Le Male is sold every seven seconds across the world, helped in part by such brilliant ads.

To be honest, though, when I first saw the pic I was outraged – I wondered how someone could have photographed me without my knowledge. It was only when I took a closer look that I realised it is in fact model Robert Perovich, my body double. And here’s another pic of him from the corresponding ad for Gaultier’s female fragrance Classique. Ugly isn’t he?

Gaultier releases scented USB key

A bit like a really sophisticated Glade Plug In (but with an infinately nicer scent) it’s a brilliant way to improve the air around you (and is especially good if you’re partial to a tuna sandwich at your desk).
